I still think #1 is the classiest, but two is the easiest one to make. I went a re-read what I said and I realize I was pretty hard on you for not knowing you. OOPS!! Sincerest apologies for that but I sort of still stand by what I said. And at the very end YEAH I picked No. 1. Funny thing with this Capsun, while I was in Nevada my mom was watching this cooking show and it was about these brides that got with professional bakers and they had a contest to see who in 2 hours or was it 4 hours could make the cake that the bride wanted for her wedding. The cake that one looked a lot like your first choice...It was a real beauty just like your picture. Happy Easter to all of you.
