Anyone who knows me even a little knows that I always have to be busy doing something. It’s one of the many ways I take after my Chinese mother. I rarely take vacations, and when I do, they are usually a day or two. I have a day job, a side business, consult for several people and organizations, and am on the board of two non-profits. Basically, I already work seven days a week as it is.
So it should come as little surprise that I have yet another job and responsibility to take on. Earlier today, I was publicly welcomed as the new and newly-created Editor-in-Chief of BlogcastFM, the blogger’s podcast, with a purpose of helping blogger’s take their blog to the next level.
I’ve actually been helping with the BlogcastFM team led by founders Srinivas Rao and Sid Savara since earlier this year. But as with many of life’s great endeavors, the commitment grew to the point that a larger role was required to provide the consistency necessary to maintaining a high-quality product. It is in this role that my ESTJ and OCD will serve me well.
In the most recent BlogcastFM episode, Srini interviewed me. Here’s some of what he had to say:
If you’ve seen our web site in the last few weeks, you might have noticed a new guy on our About page – and wondering who exactly he is. Today we’re going to put an end to the mystery – and you can hear from Capsun himself.
Here are a few of the highlights from my chat with him:

- A Look at Social Media Marketing in the Political World
- What Goes into Producing an Episode of BlogcastFM
